lay out change and a little high elf update

As you can see now i have changed the background color of the block because it fits better than the blue tones. The next thing to do is a nice picture for my header and it will look way better!

About the elves, I started painting my white lion test model which will also be the test model for a better painted high elf army. I started with his ax, instead of just a washed metal layer i painted nmm effects on the metal to make it stand out. This is done by a base coat and glazing the darker and lighter area's

The ax and his eyes (which you can't see) are done the rest i going to happen this week, For the clothing I want to use the shaded base coat technique  to make the blue look better than just a washed area. Also i changed my way of painting gold it comes quit close to the old way but this one gives me a better feeling and more options for highlighting and shading.
